Registration Fees Schedule and Deadlines

"Early Bird" registration (until January 25, 2008):	$200
Regular registration (until February 29, 2008):	$225
Late and on-site registration (after February 29, 2008):	$250
Registration to attend only one day of the conference :	$125

Cancellation Policy

Request for refunds may be made by submitting a written cancellation letter to The Task Force for Child Survival and Development by February 15, 2008. The cancellation letter may be submitted via fax to 404-371-1087 or by mail to the address below. All other refunds must be approved by the National Immunization Program. Substitutions will be allowed as appropriate.
