Registration Fees Schedule and Deadlines
| "Early Bird" registration (through January 30, 2009): | $225 |
| Regular registration (through March 13, 3009): | $250 |
| Late and on-site registration (after March 13): | $275 |
| Registration to attend only one day of the conference : | $150 |
One-day registration is $150 and allows for attendance for one day of three and a half days the conference.
To attend more than one day, a complete registration must be purchased.

Cancellation Policy
Request for refunds may be made by submitting a written cancellation letter to The Task Force for Child Survival and Development by March 13, 2009. The cancellation letter may be submitted via fax to 404-371-1087 or by mail to the address below. All other refunds must be approved by the National Immunization Program. Substitutions will be allowed as appropriate.
