Registration Fees Schedule and Deadlines
| "Early Bird" registration (through Feb. 19, 2010): | $225 |
| Regular registration (through April 02, 2010): | $250 |
| Late and on-site registration (after April 02, 2010): | $275 |
| Registration to attend only one day of the conference : | $150 |
"Early Bird" registration has ended. One-day registration allows for attendance for one day at the conference. Late registration can only be paid on-site.
To attend more than one day, a complete registration must be purchased.

Cancellation Policy
Request for refunds may be made by submitting a written cancellation letter to The Task Force for Global Health by April 2, 2010. The cancellation letter may be submitted via fax to 404-371-1087 or by mail to the address below. All other refunds must be approved by the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases. Substitutions will be allowed as appropriate.
