The 2007 World Rabies Day Symposium and Expo will be held at the Tom Harkin
Global Communication Center on Friday, September 7, 2007. The Symposium will
be a national scientific meeting open to international scientists, public health
professionals, veterinarians, professional audiences, and the general public.
The Symposium will begin and end with a general session, while the mid-morning
and afternoon will have breakout and poster sessions. An exhibit hall will
serve as an “Expo” (or Exposition) of rabies biological products
and other information focused on rabies prevention and control.
Co-Sponsors
At a donation of $5,000, the organization will be considered a co-sponsor and
given recognition on posters, displays, conference materials, CDC conference
Web site, and other locations as appropriate. Co-sponsors will be given a
1-page advertisement in the conference program booklet.
Invitation to Donors
At a donation of $2,500, the organization will be considered a donor and given
recognition in the conference program and by conference coordinators in the
general session.
Invitation to Exhibitors
By exhibiting during the World Rabies Day Symposium and Expo, your marketing
team can make face-to-face contact with at least 350 leaders in the rabies
prevention field! Organizations may reserve space for an exhibition booth
in the “Expo” Hall at the rate of $1,000.
